👨‍💻 About the Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter (Web3), you will have full ownership over the recruitment process, and participate in employer branding initiatives, and in general drive the entire Talent Acquisition function.

Important to say, you should look to innovate and are driven by success for placing candidates into a start up environment. You would naturally also have a strong interest, passion, and experience in the crypto/web3 space.

Examples of positions you will work on

Tools we use: (our ATS), G-Suite, Notion, Slack, Recruitment specific tools: Linkedin, Job Boards.

Location: Berlin (on-site or relocation)


🗂 What you will be doing:

Independently own the full recruitment cycle from clarifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, and doing an active search to offer negotiation.

Collaborate with our marketing team to build a strong candidate’s pipeline.

Responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing through onboarding

Contributing to employer branding efforts via linkedin posts, blogs, tweets.

Represent Safe project by attending recruiting events, meetups, hackathons.

Create successful sourcing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations to team members and key stakeholders

Being a key contributor to the team when it comes to recruitment best practices: sharing knowledge, creating guidelines, etc.

Superior attention to detail, with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Do a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the recruitment process and suggest/implement ideas accordingly

🎒 What you bring:

Proven track record experience as a recruiter for technical positions in web3 and can attract candidates on different forums, Linkedin, Twitter, Discord, Github.

Passion for developing recruiting strategies that will propel our efforts to increase representation within the organization

Ability to come up with creative ways to find the best talent in a competitive market

Keen interest in being in the know through events (meetups, conferences, workshops)

Self-starting attitude, to be a catalyst for changes in the recruitment and employer brand topics

Fluent English

Is a plus:

Understanding of where to source the best talent in the DACH region
